Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program

Licensed PT in any U.S. state or territory

BLS Certification required

Desirable Certifications: Athletic Trainer, CSCS, OCS, SCS

- Provide direct access evaluation and treatment
- Order and interpret imaging/lab results, prescribe OTC medications
- Perform advanced manual therapy and electrodiagnostic procedures
- Design, monitor, and adjust evidence-based rehabilitation plans
- Coordinate care and refer patients as needed
- Serve as a mentor to PT assistants, techs, and students
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Lead injury prevention and fitness-for-duty evaluations
Monday-Friday 0730-1630 with a 1-hour non-working lunch.
