Qualifications:

Degree/Education: Masters, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Physical Therapy program acceptable to the USAF Surgeon General and accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
Experience: Two years within the past five years in the independent practice of physical therapy, orthopedic setting, working with an adult population.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist in any state or U.S. territory
(BLS) Basic Life Support
