Ms. Ana Maria Lecea, the President of PPDG, is diligent in ensuring that Professional Performance Development Group lives up to its mission statement and corporate core values: “I hold a deep respect for the dignity of the individual, both inside and outside the company, and for their communities.”

Staring in 2013, PPDG sponsored 172 employees to attend Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University. Attendees consisted of PPDG team members and their families, as well as teachers and administrators. While not mandatory, every corporate team member is encouraged to attend this education program to help balance work/life responsibilities.

Ms. Lecea is also active in the community and serves on several Boards of Directors for local and national non-profit organizations. She believes in economic self-determination, and has mentored 21 women-owned businesses. Ms. Lecea is currently mentoring two companies, a business owned by a disabled veteran, and another, minority owned. All of these businesses are mentored until they reach their financial goals or $1,000,000 in revenue.

Under Ms. Lecea’s leadership Professional Performance Development Group has received 60 community awards, including National Association of Women Business Owners for Innovation, San Antonio Women’s Hall of Fame for Business and Finance, and San Antonio North Chamber of Commerce for Employee Relations.

Ana Maria is also a strong believer in education, especially for women. She believes that, “When you educate a woman you educate generations”. It is this ideal that led PPDG to launch the industry-first tuition discount program for any PPDG team members who want to further their career.

At Professional Performance, we’re not just committed to the health and well-being of our employees and customers, we are also committed to the health and well-being of the community. That is why volunteerism is so supported by our employees and our corporate staff.

Each holiday season PPDG holds competitive food, clothing and/or toy drive which benefits multiple social service agencies serving our community.

Center for the Intrepid and The Fisher House
The threefold mission of the CFI is to provide rehabilitation for OIF/OEF casualties who have sustained amputation, burns, or functional limb loss, to provide education to DoD and Department of Veteran’s Affairs professionals on cutting edge rehabilitation modalities, and to promote research in the fields of Orthopedic, prosthetics and physical/occupational rehabilitation. The staff and equipment for the building was selected to provide the full spectrum of amputee rehabilitation as well as the advanced outpatient rehabilitation for burn victims and limb salvage patients with residual functional loss. PPDG was proud to contribute both time and materials to the construction of the IT infrastructure of both the Center for the Intrepid and The Fisher House. We have embraced  opportunities to place dedicated professionals within these worksites.

PPDG proudly and actively hires veterans and their spouses.
18% of our team members (field employees and corporate staff) are veterans, and we are an active participant and supporter  of the Military Spouse Partnership (MSEP).
