Professional Performance prides itself on delivering only the highest quality services for our partners. Our client’s mission becomes our mission from day one of the contract award. We work closely with the Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, and Contract Officer Representatives (COR) towards a common goal.
Professional Performance is dedicated to delivering only the highest quality services. To achieve this level of quality control, our processes are aligned with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) quality control system. We strive to constantly improve our internal operation to provide optimal external outcomes for our clients and employees.
PPDG has been using BSC as its quality control & assurance program since 2006. The BSC is the most effective quality control system for a service company as it focuses on what is critical and effective to achieve corporate strategic goals. BSC is also scalable and highly customizable.
We conduct quarterly audits to evaluate quality of work at all levels of our organization which are reviewed by senior management. Our collaborative information environment consists of Unity, our ERM system, and the BSC. This information environment provides substantive information throughout the organization to ensure that requirements are being met or exceeded. These systems provide the required information to permit early identification of problems and agile self-correction by the organization.
