The mission of Substance Abuse Counseling Services is to provide a thorough and responsive substance abuse program for prevention, education and treatment of substance abuse and to provide commanders with effective programs to establish an environment free of substance abuse.

Prevention and Treatment:
Drug and alcohol abuse presents a large and mounting concern for military leaders. Our employees assist and provide an active campaign to help educate military personnel and their family members on the dangers of illegal drugs and alcohol abuse, as well as the personal and professional consequences of their actions while under the influence of alcohol.
