Counseling Services (CS) provides a variety of programs and services to military members and their families to enhance life skills and improve their quality of life. Professional Performance provides counseling services to all branches of the military. This mission is accomplished through a variety of seminars, workshops, treatment groups, counseling, and interventions services. Individual, marital and family counseling, provided by licensed professionals, is available on many topics including:

• Combat Stress
• Family Violence
• Stress and Anger

The mission is to provide effective counseling services that will assist active duty Service Members and their families in overcoming their personal and family problems, resulting in healthier and more productive relationships.

Prevention & Education:
Prevention & Education Specialists provide classes and briefs on:

• Suicide Prevention
• Family Violence (child abuse and spouse abuse)
• Sexual Assault
• Combat Stress

Briefs can be specialized based on the command's availability, requested topics, preferred training methods and time allotted.

Prevention & Education also provide classes and workshops on Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management and Couples Communication.
